Updated Prescription Pick-Up Policy

by | Jan 21, 2025 | News & Updates | 0 comments

We’re making a small change to our prescription pick-up process to help things run more smoothly for everyone. Starting now, we’re asking for 24 hours notice for all non-emergency prescription pick-ups.

Here’s how you can reach us to make your request:

Call or Text: 970-749-1013
Email: Office@highcountryvet.com

If you need something that we don’t typically keep in stock, keep in mind that special orders might take a little extra time to arrive. Giving us a heads-up as soon as possible is always appreciated!

We understand emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to help if you need something quickly. Just let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Thanks so much for working with us on this! This small change will make it easier for us to have everything ready for you when you come by.

As always, feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re here to help.
