High Country Veterinary Services’ referral program is our way of saying thank you for sharing our practice with friends and family. Existing clients may give a referral voucher to someone who is new to our clinic. When the new client schedules their first appointment with High Country Veterinary Services, both the referring client and the new client will receive a $25 credit applied to their accounts. This credit may be used toward veterinary services (excluding medications and supplies). The new client’s appointment must be scheduled on or before December 31, 2026 to qualify. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing client may make.

Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

High Country Veterinary Services is pleased to offer a referral program to thank our clients for sharing our practice with friends and family. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to existing High Country Veterinary Services clients (“Referring Client”).
• Referred individuals must be new clients who have not previously had an account or received services from HCVS (“New Client”).

2. Referral Process & Credit

• Referring Clients will be provided with referral vouchers to distribute to friends and family.
• The voucher must be presented or referenced by the New Client at the time they schedule their first appointment.
• Upon scheduling and completion of the New Client’s first appointment, both the Referring Client and the New Client will receive a $25 credit applied to their respective HCVS accounts.
• Referral credits cannot be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or special offers at the discretion of the practice.
• Lost, stolen, altered, or duplicated referral vouchers may be deemed invalid.
• Employees of the practice and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate unless otherwise approved by management.

3. Use of Credit

• Referral credits may be used only toward veterinary services provided by High Country Veterinary Services. Credits may not be used for medications, pharmaceuticals, supplies, products, or retail items.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Appointment Deadline & Referral Limits

• To qualify for the referral credit, the New Client’s appointment must be scheduled on or before December 31, 2026. Appointments scheduled after this date will not be eligible for referral credit.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referring Client may make.
• A New Client may only be referred once and may only receive one referral credit.
• The practice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
